Questions to consider:
  • What kind of example did Christ give?
  • Does my life mirror the attitudes and values of Christ?
  • If the people I love were to follow my example, what would change? Would I be proud of the result?
  • What else do I need to learn about Christ’s example before I can accurately make this statement?

Sample Prayer:
Dear Father, I want to follow Jesus's example. I want to have the same values and the same attitudes as Jesus did, so that my actions will also be like his. Please help me to spend time with you so that I can learn more about you and get to know you better. Please show me what steps to take next.
