John 11:14-15

Questions to think about:
Sample Prayer:
Dear Father, I’m sorry for the times my prayers are selfish. Thank you that you are so wise, you know every detail of every person in a situation. You see all of our needs and you are wise enough to choose the course that is best for everyone. Help me to really understand that as I pray. Thank you that you put my spiritual health above my physical needs. Help me to have the same priorities as you do.
- Why was Jesus glad that he wasn’t there when Lazarus died? What does this teach me about his priorities?
- When I realize that Jesus chose an action that considered not just Mary and Martha and Lazarus, but all his disciples and even unbelievers, how does that shape my understanding of miracles?
