Questions to think about:
  • What does this verse tell me about God?
  • What works has he begun in me? Am I willing to trust that he will see them through to the end?
  • How long should I expect God’s work in me to take?

Sample Prayer:
Dear Father, you are doing amazing things! I’m sorry for the times I get impatient. Thank you that you are a God who finishes what you begin. You are not only attentive to me and to my needs, but you are faithful. I know you will not stop short of doing all that I need. Help me to trust you. Please strengthen my faith.
