Dear Father, my heart aches for ___ to follow you and love you with all their heart. Help me to share my faith with them in a real way, and to live my faith out so they can see that it’s not just a part-time walk but an all-consuming walk. Help me to represent you faithfully. Help me also to be honest about my own humanness and struggles, when it would strengthen instead of threatening their faith. Most of all, help them to feel you in my love.
- How am I impacting the faith of the next generation, for good or for bad?
- What patterns do I need to start putting into my daily routine to help me not only draw them to Christ, but intentionally set the example of a healthy walk with Christ?
- What growth do I need to pursue so that my example is real?
