2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Questions to think about:
Sample Prayer:
Dear Father, thank you for creating all eternity and filling it with glory and blessings. Sometimes, I’m tempted to care more about the things here on earth than on what you are doing towards heaven and eternity. Please help me to keep my focus on you. Please guard my thoughts, my expectations, and my affections. Fill them with heavenly things, no matter what I’m going through in this temporary world.
- What does this verse teach me?
- In what areas am I focusing on the visible, temporary world instead of the spiritual, eternal world?
- How can I shift my focus from earth-things to God-things?
